Nexspace are so called house. Mobile houses designed to last longer than a traditional house. They are sturdier, they are more nature resistant, they can be placed almost anywhere, they are sustainable, environmentally friendly and they merged all contemporary technologies together so humans can live in the most modern environment wherever they just want. Also it is a lot cheaper than a traditional house.

They come in all sizes, ranging from 15sqm to 38sqm. They can also be built together so they form a home over 128smq. They mostly customizable, including the exterior color and interior equipment.

They are welded from galvanized steel structure, this gives most of the mass for the houses. They are delivered in so called flat rack containers. This gives a limit of maximum length 11.5m and a maximum width of 3.3m for the houses. They can be delivered on roads, railroads and on cargo ships internationally.

They all feature a bathroom and a bedroom. Bigger models also have living room, kitchen, and even a balcony. Luxury models have a retractable home cinema hidden in ceiling, a built-in air-conditioning system, push button shower, led mirror, smart toilet, whole house audio system and smart voice control light and curtain system.

With preinstalled electricity and plumbing system and modular walls it does not require maintenance. The only maintenance it requires is an occasional wash on the exterior after a rain or sandstorm.
